Ahhh, what’s to say? I’m a middle age wife (to AquaDoc) and mom (to BoyGenius) living just north of hell…(ok, well some call it the Mississippi Gulf Coast) who is attempting to become an Ironman (errr ..woman) since there really is nothing else to do around here.
Ok, just kidding…sorta…
We grew up outside of New Orleans so we actually like it here in hell…and I’ve got a bit of schooling in exercise physiology so this “workout” craze isn’t exactly a new thing for me. BUT, I could think of a million better places to train than the fattest state in America. I guess that’s what keeps it challenging and interesting…but more on all that later.
Most of y’all probably know me, the new visitors will get do so very quickly. I’m an open book…some like it and some don’t. But hey…shut the laptop and go for a run if I’ve said something to piss you off . It won’t hurt my feelings in the least and I’ll even cheer you on because that’s how I roll!
This is a no judgement zone…so relax and stick around, I think you’re gonna like it here!
